Välinge Innovation reports strong engagement following its participation at this year’s editions of Domotex Hannover and The International Surface Event (TISE) in Las Vegas.

Strong interest in new herringbone innovation
One of the clear highlights across both events was the strong response to 5G H/B One™, Välinge’s new one-panel herringbone installation technology. By eliminating the need for separate A and B panels, it enables faster, easier and more user-friendly fold down installation, with strong, reliable connections and fast, easy dismantling when needed.
Technologies addressing real market needs
Across both Domotex and TISE, Välinge presented a broad technology portfolio for resilient and wood-based flooring. This included high-performing locking systems, leakproof joints, noise and weight reduction for resilient products and next-generation surface technology designed to enhance strength, dimensional stability and sustainability in wood-based flooring.
With continued labour shortages and increasing pressure on installation efficiency, particularly in the US market, Välinge also saw strong interest in user-friendly solutions that make installation easier and faster, saving time on site and delivering reliable, long-lasting results.
Knowledge sharing and hands-on engagement at TISE
At TISE, Välinge strengthened its industry engagement through an educational session hosted in collaboration with the Certified Flooring Installer Association (CFI). Välinge’s Key Account Manager for North and South America, Iris Meana Prada, led a well-attended session focused on Välinge Innovation and its locking technologies, with particular emphasis on the 5G® Fold Down installation system.
Participants were given the opportunity to experience the 5G locking system hands-on, ask in-depth questions and gain practical insights into how user-friendly installation solutions support installers and the wider flooring value chain.
Supporting partners beyond technology
As global supply chains and production landscapes continue to evolve, Välinge saw growing interest in support that goes beyond technology.
