Välinge Innovation AB was founded by Darko Pervan in 1993, and today the Pervan family remain majority owners with 50.1% of the company held via their investment firm Pervanovo Invest AB. Since 2018, 48.4% of Välinge’s shares has been owned by KIRKBI AS, the holding and investment business of the Danish Kirk Kristiansen family. Välinge’s management team own the remaining 1.5% of the company.
