Välinge Innovation has partnered with Kneho-Lacke, a UV-coating specialist, to introduce an acoustic backing technology engineered to deliver sound-dampening properties in flooring products. The new solution delivers effective noise reduction and simplifies installation compared with loose-laid underlayment. It meets stringent impact sound requirements and offers an innovative alternative to pre-attached foam.

The agreement grants Välinge the right to sublicense Kneho-Lacke’s acoustic lacquer technology globally, making it available to flooring manufacturers worldwide.
