Thanks to the unique powder impregnation process, both the surface and the core are densified, resulting in highly durable products suitable for high-traffic commercial environments as well as residential use. The technology also enhances design versatility by enabling deep embossing with traditional DPL process – creating surfaces with natural depth and an authentic look and feel.

To further future-proof performance, a new advanced formula, free from formaldehyde and melamine, improves dimensional stability and aligns with modern environmental requirements.

Extreme impact resistance

The recycled wood powder layer acts as an impact shield, preventing deformation and paper breakage from dropped objects, ensuring extreme durability even in demanding environments.

Enables deep embossing​

When heated and pressed, the wood powder becomes fluid, forming a strong support for the paper and enabling deep embossing of up to 0.5 mm, which is not normally possible with a standard DPL process.

Superior dimensional stability

The wood powder technology ensures enhanced curing control, delivering balanced and consistent results. This enables the production of larger flooring formats while ensuring outstanding stability, quality and long-term performance.

Material and cost efficiency

During pressing, the wood powder layer impregnates the decor paper, removing the need for impregnated papers. This extends storage time, reduces material waste and costs, and enables efficient production of customised series.
