New Business Development Manager in Vietnam

Viken, Sweden

Välinge expands and strengthens their presence in Vietnam with an on-site Business Development Manager.

Vietnam is a steadily growing market for Välinge, and the company is experiencing an increase in demand for their well-known floor locking technologies, such as 5G® Fold Down and the waterproof version 5G® Dry™, and for their revolutionary click furniture technology – Threespine®. To meet the rising interest, they are boosting their presence with an on-site Business Development Manager.

“We are excited to have Phuc on our team and we are looking forward to finally have the possibility to offer our expertise and guidance on the ground in Vietnam and Cambodia. This means great benefits for existing and potential licensees. Phuc will play a central role in building our business in this area”, says Andreas Engström, Key Account Manager at Välinge.

With former employers such as Sony and Ikea, Phuc has already a great deal of knowledge from working in an international environment with large corporations. He has extensive experience in everything from engineering and production to finances and business development. This broad competence will be an asset for all partners and the possibility to firsthand offer expertise and guidance in all areas will further strengthen Välinge’s position in Southeast Asia.

“Working with Välinge is a great opportunity and I am looking forward to meeting and supporting both existing and new licensees. I am here to make sure all Välinge partners get a smoother and faster service experience whether it’s about technical support, start-up processes or questions about Välinge’s world famous technologies”, says Phuc.
