Välinge Innovation has entered into another agreement for its new generation of pressed bevel edge technology for resilient flooring products by signing with Jiangsu BBL Home Technology Co., Ltd. (BBL).
The agreement marks the next step in Välinge’s continued collaboration with BBL and supports the introduction of the technology in Asia as an initial market. BBL, a well-established flooring manufacturer with extensive industry experience and a strong global customer base, has long worked with Välinge technologies and is now exploring the implementation of Välinge’s latest patented edge solution for resilient flooring products.
Välinge’s new generation edge technology is engineered for thermoplastic flooring products such as LVT, SPC and WPC. The innovation enables the creation of solid edges through a precision-engineered in-line process that provides high production flexibility for different panel formats while ensuring accurate shape control of the formed edges.
By combining improved edge performance with an enhanced visual impression, the technology enables flooring producers to create products with a more premium, realistic and refined floor appearance.
