Välinge Innovation introduces the NXT generation of installation systems

Viken, Sweden

Välinge expands their extensive portfolio of market-leading flooring and furniture technologies with a brand-new floor locking system, 5G NXT™.

With 5G NXT, Välinge took their well-proven 5G® Fold Down technology to the next level without compromising any of its impressive and much-appreciated benefits. The innovative solution has a more sustainable insert, makes it easy to install, remove, and reinstall flooring and it is specially designed to further reduce the environmental impact of wood flooring.

“We developed 5G NXT to help flooring producers meet the new demands for more sustainable alternatives. It’s an impressive technology with many environmental benefits”, says Niklas Borgquist, Key Account Manager at Välinge Innovation.

It’s the upgraded insert that makes this technology truly exceptional. It’s made from biomass-balanced materials with a 75% lower carbon footprint, and the unique design enables tool-less dismantling simply by tapping the panels. This creates endless possibilities for flooring to be installed, removed, and reinstalled elsewhere. Always with reliable and long-lasting results.

“With our new technology panels can be dismantled piece-by-piece without the need to remove an entire row. This makes dismantling up to 40% faster and significantly reduces the risk of damaging the panels compared to traditional solutions”, explains Caroline Landgård, Business Developer for Floor Locking at Välinge Innovation.

With 5G NXT, floor installations are easy and fast with results that are durable and long-lasting. Every time.

“5G NXT is easy to use – and reuse – making it an ideal solution to create a unique offering and give customers more value for money”, Niklas Borgquist concludes.

Domotex 2024 will be the world-premiere of Välinge’s innovative technology. Don’t miss the chance to explore the many benefits for yourself. Meet the Välinge team in Hall 20, Booth A08 on January 11–14.
